The 1:1 GT3 RS Build
A full-scale Porsche 911 GT3 RS recreated from 3D-printed LEGO Technic-geometry components.
Before it became 4.5 metres of questionable judgement.
The orange GT3 RS model gives the project its visual language and the Technic geometry that Operation Overbuilt is pushing into full-scale engineering.

The current project tracker records 62.44% completion across the tracked part lines. The workbook shows each DesignID, required quantity, quantity printed, remaining quantity and the current completion figure.
This is print-production progress, not the percentage of the complete car assembled. Some printed parts may still need reprints, revision, finishing or installation before they become part of the final 1:1 build.

The question
If Technic geometry is scaled to 1:1, can it still behave like a mechanical system rather than just look like one?
What that means in practice
Every connection, pin, axle, bracket and structure suddenly has to deal with full-scale manufacturing tolerances, printed-material behaviour, assembly variation and loads that simply do not exist at tabletop scale.
The build is the experiment — and the experiment is the story.
